CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) is a program that trains neighbors how to help in a disaster. It is offered through the Evansville Fire Dept. and is free to neighborhoods. The WWBC/Lorraine Park Neighborhood Association is proud to be the second neighborhood in the city of Evansville to have a CERT team.

CERT Tip
Strapping down water heaters will keep them from falling over, causing a gas leak and possible fire; as well as providing 30 gallons of fresh water if water lines are damaged in an earthquake.
