The muster was not made on June 30, the regular time of

from Alexandria, Virginia to Harrison's Landing, Virginia,
Westover Station, on board crowded transports, which made any
regular muster impracticable. I also certify that this muster
presents the true condition of the regiment on June 30 last and
               was made on July 12.
