DESCRIPTION

B-20 is a water soluble corrosion inhibitor for use in water injection systems and high water production wells. It controls corrosion caused by H2S forming bacteria. B-20 will also remove iron sulfide build-up from the production equipment, and in injection systems.

CORROSION INHIBITOR

DESCRIPTION

CI-30 is an oil soluble, water dispersable, organic corrosion inhibitor. CI-30 is an excellent film former and is designed to coat and protect all metal equipment. CI-30 is used in high and low water cut production wells and is formulated to prevent corrosion caused by H2S and CO2 gases.

APPLICATION

CI-54 is a water soluble corrosion inhibitor used in a variety of oilfield brines, and is effective in H2S and CO2 environments. CI-54 is a good film former and controls bacterial growth.

EB-72 demulsifier is a blend of surface active ingredients in aromatic solvent, recommended for a variety of oilfield emulsions. EB-72 has proven effective in the demulsification of high gas cut, low gravity crude oils.

PD-92
PARAFFIN DISPERSANT

DESCRIPTION

PD-92 is an oil soluble, water dispersable paraffin dispersant for use in crude oil to control the deposition of paraffin. This chemical keeps paraffin in a dispersed state within the crude oil, thus keeping production equipment free of paraffin accumulations.

APPLICATION

PD-92 can be batch treated or added continuously, however, continuous injection to keep the system clean is the preferred method. Batch treatments would consist of 1-2 gallons circulated downhole with 2 barrels of produced fluid. Amounts of chemical circulation time vary with the severity of the problem. Regular treatments are recommended.

PS-4
PARAFFIN SOLVENT

DESCRIPTION

PS-4 is an oil soluble paraffin solvent and contains a blend of organic solvents and surfactants. It is effective in removing paraffin deposits from tubing, flowlines, and equipment, (both downhole and above ground. With adequate circulation PS-4 will remove paraffin from formation perforations also.

APPLICATION

PS-4 should be batch treated weekly with 1 gallon downhole, circulated with well fluid. For severe paraffin, additional PS-4 should be used. PS-4 may also be put into the flowline to keep it free of paraffin. The optimum circulation time and injection rate should be determined by a MCC representative. A regular treatment program yields the maximum effectiveness.

SCI-3 is an all purpose scale - corrosion inhibitor for "sweet" and "sour" crude oil. SCI-3 prevents the formation of calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate scale. SCI-3 is oil soluble and has excellent filming capabilities.

SCI-30 is a water soluble combination of organic corrosion and scale inhibitors. SCI-30 is designed to protect against calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, and barium sulfate type scales. SCI-30 should prevent high water cut production wells from corrosion caused by H2S and CO2 gases.

APPLICATION In injection wells, SCI-30 should be injected at 50-100 ppm. For downhole applications SCI-30 should be injected at 20-50 ppm depending on severity of the problem and water characteristics. When batch treatments are used 1 gallon of chemical should be used per 100 barrels of produced fluid, circulated downhole with 2 barrels of fluid.
